Payment can be made either by cash, or eftpos (no Paywave facility available). Credit card payments will incur a 2.5% surcharge. Payment is due at the completion of the booking unless otherwise arranged.

Adventure Southland Ltd reserves the right to postpone bookings (full or partial) in the event of extreme weather conditions that pose a risk to safety. Where possible, we will endeavour to provide an alternate date for your booking, and if you are unable to attend a partial or full refund will be offered.

Where Your Organisation/Group cancels a booking giving:

• more than 14 days notice, Your Organisation/Group will only be charged for the non-refundable admin fee, and any associated travel, accommodation or catering costs incurred that are unable to be recovered will be charged at cost.
• less than 14 days but more than 48 hours prior to the confirmed booking time, Your Organisation/Group will be charged 50% of the total confirmed booking fee. Any associated travel, accommodation or catering costs incurred that are unable to be recovered will be charged at cost.
• less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, Your Organisation will be charged 100% of the total confirmed booking fee, including any associated travel, accommodation or catering costs.
