Our corporate team building programmes are designed to challenge your team in an environment of safety and support, promoting each individual’s value and the importance of teamwork. Our Programme Manager will work with you to create a tailored programme to target key outcomes, with a goal of developing unity, communication and motivation within your group.

Teambuilding can be a daunting prospect for many employees. Progressing working relationships outside of the office can feel awkward, but our instructors are experienced at working with groups of all sizes and abilities, and keeping everyone involved.

When your team arrives at Adventure Southland, they’ll start with one or two ice breaking activities designed to get everyone warmed up. Once your team has had a chance to settle in, they’ll move onto activities designed to target the key outcomes of your session. We know not everyone is comfortable with heights, which is why we offer a variety of high and ground-based activities to get your team working effectively. For some groups this involves working through a series of ground-based puzzles or challenges. We have a wide range of these activities available that promote communication, creative thinking, collaboration, and leadership skills.  Other groups might make use of our ground-based teambuilding/initiative course, low ropes activities, or Challenge Ropes Course.
